President Donald Trump ripped Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a new one when the two met at the White House earlier this week.

The left is ultra-triggered by what happened, which included Trump essentially booting the Ukrainian president out of the Oval Office after what was described as a "shouting match" between the two.

According to the Daily Mail, the Ukrainian ambassador went viral after a picture of her holding her head in her hands hit the social media circuit.

Like most on the left, she presumably wasn't happy with the fact that Trump wasn't cutting Zelenskyy a massive check with virtually no oversight as the previous administration had done on multiple occasions.

What happened?

It was reported that Oksana Markarova, the nation's ambassador to the United States, was visibly upset as the two leaders went head-to-head in the Oval Office, with Zelenskyy ultimately being shown the door by Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance.

The Daily Mail noted:

In contrast to Trump's friendly meetings with Keir Starmer and Emmanuel Macron, the US-Ukraine talks ended in a spectacular bust-up as Trump accused Zelensky of 'gambling with World War III'.

Trump absolutely torched the Ukrainian president during the meeting, eventually scolding him for talking over him.

"What you're doing is very disrespectful to the country, this country that's backed you far more than a lot of people say they should," Trump said at one point.

He added, "You have to be thankful. You don't have the cards. You're buried there. Your people are dying. You're running low on soldiers."

"You're either gonna make a deal our we're out. And if we're out you'll fight it out."

Social media reaction

Users across social media cheered the president and vice president for how they handled the money-hungry Ukrianian president.

"She knows that Zelensky’s behavior is utter diplomatic FAILURE. Zelensky is behaving as though he is someone’s boy, doing their bidding to try and goad the President into an embarrassing exchange. Only, it backfired," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "She see knows she is not getting her next million dollar bonus."
