Police looking for man who broke into Trump campaign office
Former President Donald Trump and his supporters have long faced physical threats, including an assassination attempt which claimed a man's life last month.
The latest incident played out this past weekend when a man was caught on video burglarizing one of Trump's campaign offices.

According to the Daily Caller, that incident took place in Ashburn, Virginia on Sunday and is being investigated by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

"The office, in the 20000 block of Ashbrook Place, is being leased by the Trump campaign and also serves as the headquarters of the Virginia 10th District Republican Committee," it continued.
The post included images of what appears to be a middle-aged white man wearing a black baseball and jacket along with gray pants and a yellow backpack.
Not clear if the man took anything
The Daily Caller quoted Loudon County Sheriff Mike Chapman as saying, "It is rare to have the office of any political campaign or party broken into."
"We are determined to identify the suspect, investigate why it happened, and determine what may have been taken as well as what may have been left behind," Chapman added.
Loudon County Sheriff's deputies responded to the burglary at 9:00 p.m. It is not clear if the man absconded with anything from the office.
The Daily Caller noted that the break-in came just days after the Trump campaign announced that it had been hacked by Iranian actors.
Campaign spokesperson says Iran fears Trump
"These documents were obtained illegally from foreign sources hostile to the United States, intended to interfere with the 2024 election and sow chaos throughout our Democratic process," Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung told Politico.
"On Friday, a new report from Microsoft found that Iranian hackers broke into the account of a 'high ranking official' on the U.S. presidential campaign in June 2024, which coincides with the close timing of President Trump’s selection of a vice presidential nominee," he continued.
"The Iranians know that President Trump will stop their reign of terror just like he did in his first four years in the White House," Cheung went on to add.
