Prince Andrew just received a ruling against him from judges after they "ruled that further documents relating to his dealings with an alleged Chinese spy can be released."

However, he doesn't appear to be letting the potential embarrassment bring him down.

The Daily Mail reports, "Prince Andrew was photographed riding around the Windsor estate on Saturday morning. The Duke of York, 65, traded in his usual puffer jacket for a blue sweatshirt as he embarked on his weekly trot around the sprawling Berkshire estate."

The source continued, "As the weather warmed up, he accompanied his jumper with a black helmet and jodhpurs. The royal, who was seen driving himself between his home and riding area, appeared to be smiling in one of the photographs."

A royal embarrassment?

The Duke of York is facing problems because of his alleged association with somebody accused of being a Chinese spy, Yang Tengbo.

Letters and documents tied to their relationship are going public, including a witness statement from Andrew's senior aide, Dominic Hampshire.

The statement reportedly highlights the depth of the ties between Andrew and Yang Tengbo, raising questions about how trustworthy Andrew might be and how susceptible Andrew might be to outside influence.

Yang, a businessman and former student of York University, was banned from Britain on national security grounds after "intelligence agencies suspected he was gaining access to influential public figures on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party [CCP]. Mr Yang denies the allegations."

The allegations

Andrew is being accused of getting too close to Yang, who many speculate he shouldn't have been sharing information with.

Per the Daily Mail, "Yang had become a 'close confidant' of Andrew who had 'won a significant degree, one could say an unusual degree, of trust.'"

The source continues, "Following an appeal by the media for the release of further documents in relation to Yang's appeal to the Special Immigration Appeals Commission [SIAC], Mr Justice Bourne, sitting alongside Judge Stephen Smith and Sir Stewart Eldon yesterday said documents including Mr Hampshire's witness statement could be disclosed."

Justice Bourne said, "Substantial parts of the witness statement contain material which cannot possibly be said to be confidential, such as information about Mr Hampshire's background or about how he came to know Mr. Yang. There is information about his own activities which has no appearance of any particular confidentiality."

"There is also information about the Duke of York which is in the public domain, for example the negative impact of the Duke's 2019 Newsnight interview," Bourne added. "There are also comments about Mr Hampshire's work with the Duke which might seem embarrassing or indiscreet, but they are not such as to give rise to the inference that a legal duty of confidentiality attaches to them."

Prince Andrew appears to be enjoying his life for now.

Could it soon be changed forever after these documents are released?
