A California real estate developer and porn director faces serious legal action after reportedly not reporting nearly $7 million in income.
According to Breitbart, Mark Handel, 68, pleaded guilty this week to tax fraud charges.
Handel also happens to be a prominent, "mega-donor" to various Democrats, including Rep. Tony Cardenas and Sen. Alex Padilla of California.
Breitbart noted: "He also failed to disclose on a bankruptcy filing that he had earned nearly $2.3 million in income."
While Handel's reputation as a real estate developer was known, most didn't apparently know that Handel, also known in the adult film world as "Khan Tusion," was busy directing disgusting adult films by night.

The Daily Beast noted that Handel is known as the "boogeyman" of the adult film industry, in that he produces violent, extremely degrading material against women.

Breitbart noted: "His movies reportedly featured violence against the female performers, some of whom were beaten, spat upon, and even choked until they lost consciousness."
As a result of his tax issues, Handel agreed with the Justice Department to forfeit some $3.5 million.
That money will come from the sale of his property in Alameda County.
He will pay the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) $1.5 million in tax liabilities.
Breitbart noted of his donor activities:
The Daily Beast reported that during the 2000s, Handel was a major bundler for Democrat politicians with allies both in Sacramento and Los Angeles City Hall — including now-Rep. Tony Cardenas and Sen. Alex Padilla, both of whom served in state and municipal legislatures.
A DOJ statement read: "Once Handel pleads guilty to both charges, he will face a statutory maximum penalty of eight years in federal prison. IRS Criminal Investigation and the FBI investigated this matter with assistance from the Office of the United States Trustee. Assistant United States Attorney Thomas F. Rybarczyk of the Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section is prosecuting this case."
