Raid of ICE shooter's home reveals handwritten note, details of search history
Earlier this week, 29-year-old Joshua Jahn killed one person and wounded two others when he opened fire on an ICE facility in Dallas.
More information about the perpetrator emerged this week after the FBI carried out a raid on the shooter's home.
Evidence examined
According to Just the News, those details were made public by FBI Director Kash Patel in a social media post he put up on Thursday.

Patel announced that federal law enforcement personnel "have been working 24/7 to seize devices, exploit data, and process writings obtained on location and in the subject's person/residence/bedroom. "
"The perp downloaded a document titled 'Dallas County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management' containing a list of DHS facilities," Patel explained.
Patel: Pre-planning evident
He pointed out that Jahn "conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the 'Charlie Kirk Shot Video'" and also "searched apps that tracked the presence of ICE agents."
The FBI director further noted how agents obtained a handwritten note which read, "Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, 'is there a sniper with [armor piercing] rounds on that roof?"
Patel went on to add that "[f]urther accumulated evidence to this point indicates a high degree of pre-attack planning."
The FBI director previously announced that Jahn had written the words "ANTI ICE" on one of the shell casings which was recovered at the scene.
Jahn's mother exhibited left-wing tendencies
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reported that Jahn's mother is a "hardline liberal who raged against gun rights" while also following a social media account linked with the Democratic Socialists of America.
The newspaper observed that she lashed out online at Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott as with Texas Republican Sens. Ted Cruz and John Cornyn following the 2022 mass shooting in Uvalde.
"Governor Abbott, Senator Cornyn and Senator Cruz how does it make you feel that your action to open up gun laws is responsible for the killing of 21 more people?" she wrote.
"Do you secretly sit in front of a tv and smile a demented smile?" the woman demanded. "You must be proud of all the money that sits in your bank accounts from gun lobby support."
