This year saw Democrats rally on behalf of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged domestic abuser and member of the MS-13 gang.

However, President Donald Trump is planning on getting the last laugh as his administration makes plans for Abrego Garcia's deportation.

Alleged gang member to be sent to Eswatini

According to the Daily Caller, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) informed Abrego Garcia on Friday that he will be sent to Eswatini.

Eswatini is a small, landlocked African nation which is largely surrounded by South Africa but also shares a short border with neighboring Mozambique.

That information was relayed to Abrego Garcia in the form of an email which read, "As you know, the United States seeks to remove you from the United States based on your final order of removal."

"Currently, you are designated to be removed to Uganda. Your attorney has informed us, however, that you fear persecution or torture in Uganda," it continued.

Abrego Garcia faces charges related to drugs, murder, and child pornography

"That claim of fear is hard to take seriously, especially given that you have claimed (through your attorneys) that you fear persecution or torture in at least 22 different countries," the emailed pointed out.

The message concluded by stating, "Nonetheless, we hereby notify you that your new country of removal is Eswatini, Africa."

The Daily Caller pointed out that Abrego Garcia has already voiced a fear of being sent to El Salvador, Uganda, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Haiti.

Breitbart recalled in August how Abrego Garcia faces allegations that he solicited child pornography, participated in the murder of a rival gang member’s mother, as well as engaged in the trafficking of weapons, narcotics, and human beings.

What's more, the Department of Justice asserts that Abrego Garcia frequently abused female trafficking victims, something which even alarmed his fellow human traffickers.

Obama-appointed judge put a block on removing Abrego Garcia

The Daily Caller noted how Abrego Garcia's deportation has been on hold since an order was issued last month by U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis.

"Your clients are absolutely forbidden at this juncture to remove Mr. Abrego Garcia from the continental United States," NBC News quoted Xinis as telling Justice Department attorney Drew Ensign.

"I'm going to take it from you, as an officer of the court, and on behalf of your clients, that there is the fullest intent to abide by those orders," the Obama-appointed judge stressed.
