Supreme Court To Hear Trump Immunity Arguments On April 25

With each delay he is granted in any of his trials, Donald Trump's chances of becoming our president again drastically increase.

That's why Trump just won again when the Supreme Court agreed to rule on his immunity appeal.

America's liberals aren't going after Donald Trump because they are pursuing justice, they're going after Donald Trump because they think the best way to stop him from becoming our nation's leader again is to either put him in jail or simply sap him of his time, energy, and finances to the point where he can no longer compete!

It's NOT going to work, especially if Donald Trump keeps getting news like this.

Case will be delayed

America's Supreme Court won't hear arguments about whether or not Trump is immune from prosecution in Jack Smith's election interference case until April 25.

After that, a ruling isn't expected until late June!

Trump's criminal trial has been put on hold while this situation works itself out.

If Donald Trump were to become America's president again before liberals are able to put him behind bars or bleed him dry, then these problems might just go away for Donald Trump!

After all, he would be the president at that point, and it would be VERY hard to pursue legal action against him.

That's why America's federal liberals are desperate to prevent Donald Trump from making it to Election Day 2024.

Setting a precedent

Trump's team, when they requested the Supreme Court review Trump's presidential immunity claim, said that "if the prosecution of a President is upheld, such prosecutions will recur and become increasingly common, ushering in destructive cycles of recrimination."

Donald Trump doesn't think that he should be held responsible as a civilian for the things that he did while he was president of the United States of America.

If Presidents were held to the same rules and regulations as all of the normal people in society, that would just make the president a normal person himself.

That doesn't seem to be in line with what the goal of the presidency is, so Trump's team just wants to make sure that we've got all of our ducks in a row before Donald has to answer for actions that were supposed to be protected because of his position.

"Criminal prosecution, with its greater stigma and more severe penalties, imposes a far greater ‘personal vulnerability’ on the President than any civil penalty," Trump's team said. "The threat of future criminal prosecution by a politically opposed Administration will overshadow every future President’s official acts — especially the most politically controversial decisions."
