Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has found himself embroiled in another scandal, according to the Daily Mail.

The outlet exclusively reported that Paxton has been caught in a "shocking sex scandal" involving "secretly seeing a married Christian influencer behind the backs of both their partners."

It went on to say that its sources confirmed that Paxton's marriage "crumbled" over the summer due to his relationship with mother-of-seven and author Tracy Duhon, 57.

His wife, Texas State Senator Angela Paxton, had announced over the summer that their marriage was over after 38 years together, citing "biblical grounds."

What's going on?

AG Paxton has faced a similar battle just as recently as 2023, when he was accused of cheating on his wife Angela with former mistress Laura Olsen.

The Daily Mail noted:

He was impeached by the state house, accused of misusing his office and taking bribes while trying to get a job for his lover, allegations he denied all along and was acquitted of in the state senate.

His wife stood by him through that first scandal.

However, it appears that his wife is not taking the same route she did in 2023, as evident in her social media post announcing the end of their marriage, presumably due to AG Paxton's relationship with Duhon.

The romance between Duhon and Paxton started after the pair met at the Kentucky Derby last year, multiple sources revealed.
Since May 2024, the lovers have had multiple rendezvous on trips across the country and even overseas, according to insiders.

It was reported that the trips were a necessity for the two, both of whom are married, to keep everything secret.

Serious relationship

The sources reportedly told the Daily Mail that the two had become serious, and eventually AG Paxton's wife found out, even though they haven't lived together since 2024.

The news reportedly made the relationship between Angela Paxton and her husband "untenable," the sources added.

Angela Paxton accused Ken Paxton of "adultery" in their court case.

However, their divorce records have conveniently been sealed, acccording to the outlet.
