'The View' co-host Ana Navarro says President Biden should pardon Hunter Biden out of revenge
Now that Vice President Kamala Harris has been crushed by President-elect Donald Trump and Biden no longer needs to worry about reelection, some believe he should go ahead and help out his boy.
According to the Washington Examiner, some, like "The View" co-host Ana Navarro, believe Biden should pardon Hunter Biden out of revenge for many in the Democratic Party pointing fingers at Biden regarding Harris' stunning loss.
Some of Navarro's co-hosts on the heavily left-leaning daytime television show had a bone to pick with Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who said shortly after the election that if Biden had dropped out earlier, Harris might have had a better shot against Trump.
President Joe Biden vowed earlier this year not to use his powers of pardon to help his convicted criminal son, Hunter Biden, but that was while he still thought he had a shot at the White House.
What did she say?
Navarro, in her whacky, delusional thinking, said President Biden should pardon his son as a form of revenge, arguing because "basically America just pardoned a criminal who was convicted of felonies," referring to Trump
"We will never know if the result would have been different had Biden stepped off earlier," Navarro said.
"What we do know is Biden is in there for the next 2 1/2 months. This is what I’ll tell Joe. Joe, since they’re talking smack about you anyways, you know what? Maybe pardon Hunter. Pardon Hunter because basically America just pardoned a criminal who was convicted of felonies," she continued.
Ana Navarro wants President Biden to pardon Hunter because voters elected a 'criminal.'

The Examiner noted:
Navarro pointed to President-elect Donald Trump pardoning Charles Kushner, the father of his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Charles Kushner pleaded guilty to 16 counts of assisting in the filing of false tax returns, one count of retaliating against a cooperating witness, and one count of making false statements to the Federal Election Commission in 2004. The pardon came after Trump lost the 2020 election.
Navarro also showed pity for Hunter Biden, saying he's been the target of the "Republican conspiracy machine."
Social media reacts
Users across social media weighed in on Navarro's advice to the president.
"Funny how they change their tune when it’s one of their own in trouble," one X user wrote.
Another X user wrote, "Why should a crackhead criminal be pardoned? Oh my bad…it’s because he is a Democrat."
Many political observers believe there's a growing chance that President Biden will, in fact, ultimately pardon his son before he leaves office in January. We'll see.
