Trump admin secures the release of more hostages
The administration of President Donald Trump has just secured the release of more hostages.
The White House, according to the Daily Caller, announced its success over the weekend.
This time, the hostages come from Venezuela. There were six of them, and they were secured after Richard Grenell, Trump's envoy for special missions, made a recent trip to the country and to Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro.

Here's what happened:
Grenell went down to Venezuela, according to the Associated Press, on a mission to get Maduro to take back illegal immigrants that Venezuela has sent to the United States.
This is part of Trump's illegal immigrant deportation effort.
The Associated Press reports:
Six Americans who had been detained in Venezuela in recent months were freed by the government of President Nicolás Maduro after he met Friday with a Trump administration official tasked with urging the authoritarian leader to take back deported migrants who have committed crimes in the United States.
In addition to this, Maduro agreed to take back the illegal immigrants who have been found in the United States.
Accordingly, the trip turned out to be a success in more ways than one.
Trump celebrates the hostages' return
President Trump immediately took to social media to celebrate the return of the hostages.
"Just been informed that we are bringing six hostages home from Venezuela. Thank you to Ric Grenell and my entire staff. Great job!" he wrote in one message. "Hostages from Venezuela arrived home last night, in great condition!" he added in another.
The president subsequently released a more details message.
He wrote:
It is so good to have the Venezuela Hostages back home and, very important to note, that Venezuela has agreed to receive, back into their Country, all Venezuela illegal aliens who were encamped in the U.S., including gang members of Tren de Aragua. Venezuela has further agreed to supply the transportation back. We are in the process of removing record numbers of illegal aliens from all Countries, and all Countries have agreed to accept these illegal aliens back. Furthermore, record numbers of criminals are being removed from our Country, and the Border numbers are the strongest they have been since the First Term of the Trump Administration!
Indeed, it does appear as though real progress is being made.
