President Donald Trump's crime-fighting initiatives have been nothing short of a massive success, and the latest bombshell regarding a "quiet" operation only serves to solidify that success.

According to JustTheNews, earlier this week, the FBI announced that as a part of "Operation Summer Heat," it had made a staggering 8000 arrests of violent criminals across the country in a little-publicized mission.

President Trump and the White House admitted that they kept the operation "quiet" as it quietly moved through several U.S. cities with great success, removing very dangerous people from our streets.

The operation was in addition to Trump's deployment of federal resources, including National Guard troops, to certain areas of the country where crime was spiking.

What's going on?

The president dropped the wonderful news during a recent press conference with FBI Director Kash Patel, who has mostly received high marks as Trump's FBI director.

"We kept it a little quiet," President Trump said, referring to the operation. "And it had a big impact."

"You can have a child walk through the middle of Washington DC and nothing's gonna happen," Trump said.

He added, "So many people - they're going out to dinner. They didn't go out for 4 years. Now they're going out. Restaurants are opening, are full - usually that means good things!"

Director Patel posted about the operation's success on his X account, and provided stats from the arrests that were nothing short of mind-blowing.

Social media reaction

Trump was congratulated across social media for the operation, with many hoping for similar operations down the road.

"Well done, achievements in all aspects and accumulating accountabilities," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "Outstanding!! Can we get indictments for all those former Intelligence (I use that word loosely here) experts, politicians, media agencies, and others who launched and perpetuated the coup against duly elected President Trump?"

It's refreshing to have an administration at the helm that takes crime and its impacts on American life seriously, and actually does something about it.
