Trump Comments On Vivek Ramaswamy Suspending TV Ad Spend

Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to confirm a shocking update from GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy’s campaign.

Vivek is down, but not out.

The Ramaswamy campaign has stopped spending money to advertise on television.

Trump took this opportunity to share his thoughts on GOP presidential candidate, Vivek Ramaswamy’s future moves.

He will, I am sure, Endorse me. But Vivek is a good man, and is not done yet!” Trump said.

While the TV ad spending halt could be an indicator of various other motives, Ramaswamy took to X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter to confirm the truth.

In a X post, Ramaswamy revealed why he says the campaign stopped ad spending on television.

“Presidential TV ad spending is idiotic, low-ROI & a trick that political consultants use to bamboozle candidates who suffer from low IQ. We're doing it differently. Spending $$ in a way that follows data… apparently a crazy idea in US politics. Big surprise coming on Jan 15,” Ramaswamy wrote in his recent post on X.

According to NBC News, a recent statement from Ramaswamy’s campaign’s press secretary, Tricia McLaughlin, backed up what Ramaswamy had to say.

“We are focused on bringing out the voters we've identified — best way to reach them is using addressable advertising, mail, text, live calls and doors to communicate with our voters on Vivek's vision for America, making their plan to caucus and turning them out. As you know, this isn’t what most campaigns look like. We have intentionally structured this way so that we have the ability to be nimble and hypertargeted in our ad spending,” said Tricia McLaughlin.

From the sounds of it, Ramaswamy’s campaign’s mission is to do things differently.

He needs something VERY different.

With Ramaswamy trailing GOP candidates Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, and Donald Trump in the polls and less than a month before the very first primary election, things are not looking good for Ramaswamy.

Time will tell if this campaign strategy pays off.

What do you think about this story? Do you think that this is the end of Ramaswamy?

Or does he have some hope at a comeback?
