Trump has 'semi-annual' wellness check at Walter Reed Medical Center
While Trump-hating Democrats would like you to believe otherwise, there's no doubt that President Donald Trump appears to be in decent shape for his age, both physically and cognitively.
According to JustTheNews, President Donald Trump has a medical appointment scheduled at Walter Reed Medical Center, and ahead of the visit, he reassured Americans that he's healthy and fit to continue to tackle his job.
The White House announced this week that the visit to Walter Reed will be the president's annual check-up after having completed a physical at the same hospital earlier this year.
President Trump told his supporters that he believes he's in "great shape" and that he doesn't expect any bad news from his annual medical review.
What did he say?
Trump called the visit a semi-annual medical review, noting that whenever he's close by, he likes to get checked out.
"I think I'm in great shape, but I'll let you know," Trump told reporters. "I've had no difficulty thus far. Is there wood around here? Knock on wood. No difficulty. Physically, I feel very good. Mentally, I feel very good."
His last check-up, which was also a cognitive health check-up, went exceedingly well, and the White House reported that his historically high cholesterol was also looking much better.
JustTheNews noted:
The president said that his cognitive exam in April showed a perfect score, and his medical team at the time said Trump was in excellent health and his history of high cholesterol was under control.
Trump-hating Democrats seized on a July diagnosis the president received of chronic venous insufficiency. The condition is extremely common in people his age and is benign, posing virtually no threat to his overall health.
That hasn't stopped his critics from accusing him of being unhealthy, sick, and riddled with dementia.
Ironically, the last president appeared to any honest person to have all of the above conditions, but nothing was ever said on the left regarding the true state of Joe Biden's physical and cognitive health.
