America has seen an unprecedented wave across its southern border since President Joe Biden tasked Vice President Kamala Harris with addressing "the root causes" of illegal migration.

Former President Donald Trump said this past weekend that Harris' record disqualifies her from holding office, and he pledged to reverse it.

Trump promises end to "Kamala Harris's reign of terror"

According to the Washington Examiner, Trump made those remarks while speaking at a campaign rally in Prescott Valley, Arizona on Sunday.

"Anyone who would import criminal gangs to occupy America cannot ask to be president," the Republican nominee told his supporters.

"Anyone who orchestrated an invasion of America cannot lead America. Kamala Harris's reign of terror ends the day I take the oath of office," he promised.

Trump argued that "the destruction of our country" is "the number one issue," a phenomenon he says is playing out along the border with Mexico.

Harris couldn't think of anything Joe Biden should have done differently

"I listen to her saying all the time, 'We couldn’t get a bill passed.' Well, I never had a bill — I called [Border Patrol] up and said, 'close the border,' there was no bill, did I have a bill? I didn’t have a bill," Trump continued before adding, "I said close the border and the border was closed."

He also pointed to an appearance Harris made on ABC's "The View" last week during which the vice president said she could think of anything that President Joe Biden should have done differently.

"The answer that she would do nothing different is totally disqualifying," the former president said of his rival's awkward comment.

Trump later went to promise that he "will rescue Arizona and every town across America that has been invaded and conquered."

Property management company says gang has taken over its building

The Examiner noted that Trump has revealed a new initiative to arrest and deport foreign gang members called "Operation Aurora."

The plan's name is a reference to how Aurora, Colorado has seen apartment buildings overrun by members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

A property management company which oversees one of those buildings complained in a social media thread last Friday that it has gotten no help from federal authorities despite multiple acts of violence.
