Trump's incoming chief of staff will not tolerate any 'drama' in administration: Report

President-elect Donald Trump's incoming chief of staff has a reputation for laying down the law and not holding anything back as far as her expectations are concerned, which is presumably why she was chosen for the job.

According to the Daily Mail, Susie Wiles, nicknamed the "Ice Maiden," recently made it crystal clear what she expects out of Trump's Cabinet and administration picks, demanding that there will be absolutely zero drama on her watch.

Wiles went on to say that any troublemakers that should arise during Trump's time in the White House will be promptly given their walking papers.

Trump has carefully selected some of the hardest-hitting, most effective people to run his administration, and aside from being the first female chief of staff, there's arguably nobody better suited for the demanding job.

What did she say?

Wiles, a mission-focused individual who's ready to ensure that the president is able to carry out his agenda without distractions, laid out a clear and blunt vision for what she expects out of his new hires.

"I don't welcome people who want to work solo or be a star," Wiles told Axios. "My team and I will not tolerate backbiting, second-guessing inappropriately, or drama. These are counterproductive to the mission."

Unfortunately, during his first term in the White House, Trump had to do a lot of firing for the reasons Wiles mentioned above.

The Daily Mail noted:

Trump's first term in office was marked by infighting, backstabbing and leaks. Aides set up competing fiefdoms inside the West Wing and battled among each other to have the most influence on the president, a dynamic that played out in real time like a reality TV show.

Wiles vows that this time will be different, and it's all about working together as a team to accomplish a common goal, and fufill Trump's promises to his millions of supporters.

"The West Wing staff is a mix of new and veterans — many are young, all are prepared to work punishing hours," she said. "To my core, I believe in teamwork. Anyone who cannot be counted on to be collaborative, and focused on our shared goals, isn't working in the West Wing."

Already proving it

Wiles stunned the media recently by flexing her no-nonsense approach to running Trump's White House, ordering a social media ban on all of Trump's incoming nominees ahead of their confirmation votes.

"While this instruction has been delivered previously, I am reiterating that no member of the incoming administration or Transition speaks for the United States or the President-elect himself," Wiles said, marking the first time such an order has been given.

So far, they've all complied.

It looks as though Wiles could be one of Trump's most valuable picks to run his administration. Only time will tell.
