Ivanka Trump, the eldest daughter of former President Donald Trump, recently celebrated an anniversary of her marriage to Jared Kushner, though he was not the first man that she was romantically involved with.

In fact, there was the potential more than 15 years ago that Ivanka could have called former "James Bond" actor Pierce Brosnan her father-in-law, as she dated his son, Sean Brosnan, for a period of time in the mid-2000s, according to Inquisitr.

Brosnan appears to have been the last of Ivanka's former flames prior to settling down with Kushner and getting married and raising a family, first in New York City and now in Miami, Florida.

Ivanka's prior romantic interests before marriage

Per Inquisitr, Ivanka Trump is believed to have begun dating Sean Brosnan, an actor like his famous father, around 2007, when the couple were spotted together in attendance at the 50th Annual International Red Cross Ball at he father's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

That romance didn't last particularly long -- though she did reportedly use it as an excuse to fend off a touchy-feely Andy Dick during an appearance that year on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" during which the comedic actor shocked everyone by attempting to inappropriately grope her legs while on set.

According to a video produced by The List, Brosnan was the last of several men that Ivanka dated, some more seriously than others, prior to her marriage to Kushner.

The first of those was future investment banker Greg Hersch, whom she dated and even lived with for a few years before and during college until they parted ways in 2001. After Hersch, she dated James "Bingo" Gubelmann, a future film producer whom she'd known for years in the same social circles, but they eventually split amicably in 2005.

Following those two serious and years-long relationships, Ivanka more casually and briefly dated former cycling champion Lance Armstrong, "That 70's Show" star actor Topher Grace, and finally Justin Murdock, the heir to the Dole Food Company.

Typically didn't introduce boyfriends to her father

According to a 2016 interview with CNN, it appears that Ivanka Trump deliberately avoided introducing the men she dated to her famous father -- at least until her relationship with Jared Kushner grew serious enough for marriage to be part of the discussion.

Asked about bringing home her prior romantic interests to meet her parents, Ivanka said with a laugh, "I was too smart to bring home a date or a boyfriend. I think I brought home my husband, that's it," in reference to Kushner, though she hastened to note that he was not yet her husband at the time she introduced him to her family.

"I was not going to subject boyfriends to the scrutiny of my father -- or mother, for that matter -- unless I was 100% sure," she added.

Loving the family life

As for Ivanka and Jared, People magazine reported in October that the couple celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary and, per a social media post, a marriage that has been full of "love, laughter, wild rides, and endless adventures."

According to an unnamed source for the outlet, the pair are still madly in love with each other and are enjoying a politics-free life in South Florida while raising their three young children and caring for her maternal grandmother who lives with them.

Speaking of the Kushner-Trump family, the Miami Herald reported that it recently grew a little bit with the addition of a rescue dog, a "big-hearted and goofy" German Shepherd-Labrador Retriever mix named Simba, who joined the family's other beloved pets that include a white Chihuahua named Winter and a small hamster named Chester
