Barron Trump, the youngest child of President-elect Donald Trump, has seldom been seen in public and even more rarely heard, but that all changed recently since he has reached adulthood and is now a student in college.

A video clip from a documentary recently went viral on social media in which Barron is seen and heard greeting people on Election Night at Mar-a-Lago, and it prompted quite a reaction from fans and supporters of the president-elect and his son, according to the New York Post.

For many people, it was the first time they'd ever heard the young man's voice, and most were rather impressed by his respectful demeanor.

Barron has a voice

A new documentary, titled "Art of The Surge," was recently released that provides an insider's view of the behind-the-scenes activity during President-elect Trump's successful campaign to reclaim the presidency for a second term.

On Wednesday, a short clip from the documentary was posted on the X platform and quickly went viral as it featured the increasingly popular Barron Trump greeting guests at Mar-a-Lago during the campaign's watch party at Mar-a-Lago.

In the clip, Barron, who was standing next to his father, first shook the hand of a woman off-camera and politely said, "Hello. How are you? It’s very nice to see you."

He then turned to face UFC President Dana White, who was being regaled by the former president about how popular his youngest son was with his supporters and said, "I gave him a shout-out last night, the place went crazy," as he mimicked the "Ba-ron, Ba-ron" chants of the crowd.

Barron then reached out to shake White's hand and said, "Hello. How are you? It’s very nice to finally meet you." The elder Trump, surprised that the two had not previously met, then prompted laughter from others when he jokingly asked White of his son, "Can we make him into a fighter?"

Was last heard speaking 14 years ago

The comments in response to that video clip from other X users were almost exclusively positive, with many mentioning that it was the first time they'd ever heard Barron speak, even though he's been in the public eye to an extent for many years, if not his entire life, given how famous his parents are.

Indeed, Newsweek reported that the last known instance in which Barron was widely heard by the general public was in 2010, when the future first lady Melania Trump appeared on CNN with Larry King and shared a video clip of her beloved son, at that time just four-years-old, getting ready to go to school.

Rather noticeable in that 2010 clip was that Barron seemed to speak with a Slovenian accent, which was undoubtedly attributed to his time spent being raised by his immigrant mother and her parents, though that accent was clearly lost as he grew older.

Big things for Barron in the future?

In response to the current viral clip, aside from remarking upon his voice, many commenters also pointed out how gentlemanly and respectful Barron was, which was also attributed to his upbringing and instructions received from both parents on how to behave in public.

As for what the future holds for Barron, that remains to be seen, but many of the young man's fans suspect he will be just as or even more successful than his father, regardless of whether he decides to follow in his footsteps as a businessman or into the political realm.
