Vivek Ramaswamy says Michelle Obama may replace Biden as Democratic nominee

Former First Lady Michelle Obama has repeatedly said that she has no intention of running for her husband's old job in the White House.

However, a growing number of critics have begun to argue that the former first lady isn't telling the truth.

Vivek Ramaswamy calls Joe Biden's candidacy a "farce"

The latest example of that phenomenon came during a Republican presidential primary debate held this past Wednesday evening in Miami.

At one point businessman Vivek Ramaswamy suggested President Joe Biden will be removed as the Democratic nominee and that Mrs. Obama will be among those vying to replace her.

"I also want to close with one message to the Democrat Party. End this farce that Joe Biden is going to be your nominee," Ramaswamy declared.

Jen Psaki: "Michelle Obama does not want to be President"

"We know he's not even the president of the United States. He's a puppet for the managerial class," the Republican candidate went on to insist.

"So have the guts to step up and be honest about who you're actually going to put up so we can have an honest debate," he continued.

Ramaswamy concluded by saying, "Biden should step aside and end his candidacy now, so we can see whether it’s Newsom or Michelle Obama or whoever else. Just tell us the truth so we can have an honest debate."

Former Biden White House press secretary and current MSNBC host Jen Psaki was quick to dismiss Ramaswamy's claim, stating, "I can assure you Vivek—Michelle Obama does not want to be President."

Ted Cruz says an Obama run would be a "serious danger" for Republicans

Yet Ramaswamy is far from being the only Republican who believes another Obama candidacy might be in the cards, as Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz has made a similar prediction.

Cruz told his podcast listeners in September that "the Democrat kingmakers [will] jettison Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle Obama," something he called "a very serious danger" for Republicans.
