White House physician finds that 'President Trump remains in excellent health'
The past January saw President Donald Trump become the oldest man ever to assume office, beating out his immediate predecessor by roughly five months.
Yet despite his advancing years, a newly released report from Trump's doctor suggests that the president is in "excellent" health.
White House physician says "President Trump remains in excellent health"
As Fox News reported, that was the conclusion reached by Navy Capt. Sean P. Barbabella following an examination carried out late last week.
"President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State."

Barbabella serves as White House physician, and he described how the president underwent "diagnostic and laboratory testing" as well as "consultations with fourteen specialty consultants" at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
"President Trump remains in excellent health, exhibiting robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function," Barbabella wrote.
Although the White House physician observed no significant abnormalities, he did highlight "scarring on the right ear from a gunshot wound" which Trump sustained during an assassination attempt last year.
Report points to Trump's "active lifestyle," avoidance of alcohol and tobacco
When it comes to medication, the president uses Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe for cholesterol control, aspirin for cardiac prevention, and Mometasone cream as needed for a skin condition.
Barbabella attributed Trump's healthy condition to his "active lifestyle," noting how it contributed "significantly to his well-being."
What's more, the White House physician touted Trump's well known penchant for sobriety, highlighting his "lifelong abstinence from tobacco and alcohol."
Trump boasts of getting "every answer right" on his cognitive portion of exam
"President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander -in-Chief and Head of State," Barbabella declared as he drew to a close.
ABC News reported that for his part, Trump boasted of getting "every answer right" on the cognitive portion of his example.
The president told reporters on Friday that the results attested to him having a "good heart, a good soul, very good soul." He added in a Truth Social post, "I have never felt better, but nevertheless, these things must be done!"
