Kaley Cuoco and fiancé Tom Pelphrey welcomed their second daughter on Oct. 12 and named her Philomena, with the actress saying their family is now officially complete.

The "Big Bang Theory" star shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday, posting photos and revealing the newborn's full name: Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey. Good Morning America reported the couple already has a daughter, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, born March 30, 2023.

Cuoco did not hold back on the emotion. She framed the arrival as the end of a long, uneven stretch that finally settled into something whole.

In her post, she wrote:

"There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing. We are so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey that brought us to our little Philo! Family officially complete 😭"

She also joked about the handoff at home, writing, "Time to bring Matilda’s baby home! 😂💕" And she tagged Pelphrey directly: "@tompelphrey life exploded the minute we met, and the gifts keep coming. I love you forever, girl daddy! 💘"

Public baby announcements still draw heavy attention, whether the star keeps the pregnancy quiet or shares every milestone, as other new mothers in Hollywood have shown.

Pelphrey posted his own message, calling the baby "another miracle" and greeting her as the family's "youngest queen."

He saved the strongest words for Cuoco:

"Kaley you showed up in every way as a partner and a mom even when you weren’t feeling your best- you’re a CHAMPION. The girls and I would be lost without you. ♥️Thank God for the gift of this family and these girls 🙏🙏🙏"

The couple got engaged in 2024. Last month they walked the carpet together at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, where Pelphrey won outstanding supporting actor in a drama series for the HBO show "Task."

Family expansion stories keep landing in the headlines, from reality stars rebuilding after loss to public figures still talking openly about wanting children, including recent pregnancy news that mixed grief and faith.

Cuoco is best known for playing Penny on "The Big Bang Theory." Pelphrey's Emmy win put fresh attention on his dramatic work just weeks before the birth. The Instagram posts make clear both parents see the second daughter as the piece that closed the circle.

Other celebrities have spent recent weeks fielding baby rumors or confirming they still want children after major personal changes, a theme that continues to surface in entertainment coverage.

No birth location or medical details were released. The announcement stayed focused on gratitude, the nickname "Philo," and the simple claim that the family unit is now full.

In a culture that often treats children as optional lifestyle accessories, a straightforward "family complete" message still cuts through the noise.
