It's disgusting and disheartening to see how former President Joe Biden's open borders is currently affecting innocent Americans, including children.

According to Breitbart, a Biden-era illegal immigrant from India who is a truck driver, smashed his big rig into a vehicle pileup and ended up crippling a five-year-old girl in the process. 

The illegal alien, who was driving at an "unsafe speed," failed to "stop for traffic and a construction zone," which resulted in a terrible, deadly accident that forever changed the course of the life of a little girl.

The man behind the terrible accident is now on his way to being deported if the Trump administration gets its way.

What's happening?

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a statement announcing the tragic news.

“The California Highway Patrol (CHP) Traffic Crash Report states that [Partap] Singh drove at an unsafe speed and failed to stop for traffic and a construction zone. San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department arrived and took over the investigation. The case was referred to the district attorney’s office," DHS wrote.

Breitbart noted:

The grieving father is now speaking out while President Donald Trump’s deputies prepare to deport the migrant. The migrant, Indian national Partap Singh, got a truck driving license after he was caught and released by Biden’s deputies in 2024.

Singh is one of countless illegals who were able to obtain truck driving licenses under the Biden administration, and many of them are not only terrible drivers, but many also don't understand basic English.

The little girl who was crippled by Singh's negligence is in bad shape, according to the father. Breitbart noted:

The little girl — Dallilah — can no longer walk, talk, eat orally, or attend kindergarten as she had planned, according to her father.

"Every trucking company should be required to only hire legal, English speaking drivers. The companies that use them to ship their goods should require it," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "Newsom gave him a license and as a result Dalilah lost her childhood. That’s the trade off California signed up for."

It's insane because these types of accident can be prevented. Hopefully, we'll stop allowing the circumstances that led to this one.
