Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg just got hit with two lawsuits for failing to comply with Freedom of Information Law requests about information regarding Bragg's communications with the White House and the Democrat Party.

Back in March, Bragg indicted former President Donald Trump on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records from an investigation into hush money payments made by Trump in 2016.

Bragg alleged that Trump falsified records in order to "conceal damaging information and unlawful activity from American voters before and after the 2016 election."

The Heritage Foundation, the organization which filed the lawsuits, believes Bragg communicated with the Justice Department, the White House and Representative Daniel Goldman (D-NY) and they want transparency about those alleged communications.

More trouble for Bragg

A statement from the Heritage Foundation read, "Regrettably, these questions have not been met with answers. These reports have raised concerns in many circles based in large part upon the longstanding history of President Trump’s political opponents coordinating their activities to systematically weaponize the criminal justice system against him and thereby pervert the course of Justice."

The Heritage Foundations asserts that Bragg and his office have been stonewalling and refusing to hand over information that is covered under New York’s FOIL laws.

This only strengthens suspicions that there is some form of inappropriate activity between the White House and Bragg.

Considering Donald Trump is President Biden's greatest threat in next years election, any communications between the White House and Bragg need to be heavily vetted to ensure there is no political force behind Trump's indictment.

Mike Howell, director of Heritage’s Oversight Project, blasted Bragg saying, "The fact we have to file a lawsuit against Bragg who says he can't produce these records and says he doesn't have the systems to do so, is proof-positive of another dual standard of justice at play in this country."

Howell continued by saying, "You have a weaponized actor who's going after the former president on a loony theory about his document retention, whereas the DA can't even keep his own documents, and it's in violation of the information laws he is bound by."

Bragg must go

Alvin Bragg was elected thanks to a massive infusion of cash from George Soros, who funded dozens of radical leftist candidates around the nation.

Bragg was elected to protect criminals and reform the justice system in line with Soros's views while providing leftists with a weapon to use against anyone who stood in there way.

Bragg is prosecuting multiple politically charged cases and by all accounts he is serving Soros's interests over the interests of the people.

It isn't a stretch to say Bragg coordinated with the White House and the Democrat Party to indict Trump on charges that federal prosecutors refused to touch previously. If Bragg refuses to hand over documents he is legally obligated to provide, he must be removed from office.
