The open border policies of President Joe Biden and Democrat presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris led directly to the alleged murder of a 12-year-old girl, according to Fox News.

During congressional testimony, Alexis Nungaray told the House Judiciary Committee that her daughter Jocelyn went out to get a soda from a nearby store on Sunday, June 16, after her mother went to bed, but she never made it back home.

On Monday morning, Nungaray found that Jocelyn had not come home, so she went to the location where her phone said she was.

"That Monday morning, June 17th, was terrifying," Nungaray testified. "Waking up to know your child was missing and frantically searching the area where her phone was being pinged just two minutes away from her home, driving up to that exact location to see crime scene tape and officers by a bridge."

The horrific scene

Nungaray eventually discovered that the illegal immigrants were arrested for killing Jocelyn, then throwing her half-naked body off a bridge in an attempt to hide their DNA.

Jocelyn was found naked from the waist down, suggesting she was sexually assaulted before she was killed.

She had also been strangled.

Video footage showed the two men walking with Jocelyn at 12:57 a.m., but only the two men returned at 3:04 a.m.

"They were down there for two whole hours," her mother testified. "I can't even fathom what was going through Jocelyn's mind, the amount of fear she was feeling in the last moments of her life."

"Monsters who are predators"

Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26 have been charged with the murder.

They were captured while crossing the border but were released three weeks before they allegedly killed Jocelyn as part of Biden and Harris's Alternatives to Detention program.

"Individuals like that do not have a heart," Nungaray said. "They are nothing but monsters who are predators, and those are the kind of individuals that we so openly let in this country."

Nungaray's story shows why countries need to make people follow immigration laws rather than just letting millions of people come in.

Venezuela in particular has been reportedly sending its criminals and prisoners toward the border to come into the country, which explains why there seem to be new reports every week about migrants murdering people.
