It is expected that more than one hundred individuals will file lawsuits against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging that he has engaged in sexual assault and sexual abuse.

A news conference held on Tuesday was where attorney Tony Buzbee, who is headquartered in Texas, made the announcement about the upcoming civil litigation, as Breitbart News reported.

The lawyer disclosed that he is representing 120 individuals who have filed claims against the troubled music entrepreneur, including charges of "violent sexual assault or rape," "facilitated sex with a controlled substance," "dissemination of video recordings," and "sexual abuse of minors."

These claims are among the many that have been brought against the Music mogul and rap icon.

From the Attorney

"We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors," Buzbee said. "We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates."

Buzbee added: "It's a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure that we're right before we do that. But the names that we're going to name ... are names that will shock you."

Buzbee first informed the public at Tuesday's press conference about the impending lawsuits against Combs and his associates.

“Most of these events and incidents occurred at parties, typically after parties, or album release parties, New Year’s Eve parties, Fourth of July parties, something they called a ‘puppy party,’ all-white party, although several of these events occurred at auditions,” Buzbee explained.

Participants

According to the attorney, many of the alleged victims include “Young people — people wanting to break into the industry were coerced into this type of conduct in the promise of being made a star or in the promise of Sean Combs listen to their tape.”

According to Buzbee, "the time frame" of the alleged incidents "is very wide," spanning from 1991 to 2024. It is shocking to hear that 25 out of 120 accused victims were minors when the incidents happened, with the youngest being just 9 years old.

“Some of this behavior occurred at well-known venues in New York City. Some of this behavior occurred at private residences of people we all know. Some of this behavior occurred at hotels that we’re all familiar with,” the lawyer said.

How the Victims Reached Out

In addition, according to Buzbee, "more than 55 percent of the victims filed reports" with either the police or hospitals immediately after the incidents happened.

Buzbee provided more details about a few of the other defendants who will soon be named:

These defendants will not only include individuals, but will also include corporate entities who ultimately profited off of this culture and behavior. I’m looking at banks, pharmaceutical companies, hotels. We know that many of these individuals were paid cash — typically paid ten grand in cash and told to leave.
