Former Trump aide, now a lawmaker, files for divorce after wife accuses him of drug use
A dramatic situation emerged regarding a former Trump aide who became a congressman, which presumably stunned the former president.
According to the Daily Mail, Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) is currently in the middle of what appears to be a nasty divorce situation after his wife accused him of having a serious drug problem in court filings.
Miller reportedly filed for divorce from Emily Moreno, 30, the daughter of Bernie Merano, after being married just two years. The two were married at a lavish wedding that was attended by the former president.
Rumors are going around that Max Miller, the Republican House Representative from Ohio district 7, filled for divorce yesterday from the daughter of Ohio Senate candidate Bernie Moreno, Emily Moreno Miller.

A local paper was first to report that Emily accused her husband of using drugs and then moved out of their house into a secret house that her father bought for her.
What's going on?
Miller reportedly filed for divorce after being accused of using drugs and speaking poorly of his wife's family.
The Daily Mail noted:
She reportedly claimed 'her husband was using drugs and speaking poorly of her family,' the paper first to report the story wrote, adding Moreno 'bought a $675,000 house without [Miller's] knowledge, then abruptly moved there on August 1.'
She left the home in Rocky River with their child, and most of her personal belongings, the paper reported.
Emily had reportedly packed up her belongings, along with their child who was born just 10 months ago, and moved out of the marital home without Miller's knowledge.
In court filings, Miller accused his wife of keeping their child from him aside from supervised visits with Emily present.
The Daily Mail added:
Attorneys also charged that Miller's wife 'baselessly claimed' he would try to abscond with the baby, and that when their client took a drug test that came back negative, his wife and her attorney continued to 'stonewall' him.
Miller also claimed that Emily withheld their child after he refused to pay the insurance bill for a $140,000 Mercedes she bought from one of her fathers' dealerships.
Father's statement
Bernie Merano's office released a short statement regarding his daughter's situation.
"Bernie is very sad their marriage worked out as it did, but it’s a private family matter and he will not be making any further comments," the statement read.
Clearly, there will be a lot to sort out in the coming divorce battle, possibly including a nasty custody fight.
