Vice President Kamala Harris is facing criticism after two videos that she recently released on her social media account.

In the one video, she was accused of being drunk, and, in the latest video - the one she released on Thanksgiving Day - she was accused of wearing the same outfit twice.

One social media user put both videos side-by-side. Take a look:

Is she drunk?

The first video was released on the Democratic Party's X account.

The Daily Mail reports:

The Democratic Party's X account posted the earlier video of Harris on Tuesday, in which she told supporters 'don't you ever let anybody take your power from you.' The 28-second message, in which Harris spoke haltingly at times, raised eyebrows, with online commenters suggesting the VP was drunk when she taped it.

One only has to watch a few seconds of the video to understand why many are claiming that Harris was drunk when she made it.

The video immediately received widespread criticism.

"No video like this would ever have been released by a politician who is not hated by her staff," one user wrote. Another asked, "Who thought this was a good idea? Who is this for? What is this for? What is she even saying? Once again, I will reiterate that we are ruled by imbeciles."

The latest

Harris released a second video on Thanksgiving Day, alongside her husband, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff.

What caught the attention of many was two things: first, the fact that Harris appears to be wearing the same exact outfit as in the previous video, and, second, the fact that Harris no longer seems drunk.

As the Daily Mail put it, "In the newer pre-recorded Thanksgiving message, Harris looks much more refreshed - but she's wearing the same brown suit and necklace and standing before the same backdrop."

In the video, Harris said, "Greetings everyone and Happy Thanksgiving." This is when Emhoff took over:

Today we come together to reflect what we are thankful for and to share our appreciation for one another. Surrounded by family, friends, and those we cherish, we cook our favorite recipes, share family stories, serve those in need and give thanks for our blessings.

Suffice it to say that these videos were a strange way to break her silence following her loss to President-Elect Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election.
