Hillary Clinton declared 'toxic'

Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was just declared "toxic" for the recent remarks that she made about former President Donald Trump.

The declaration comes from Fox News.

Before we get to that, though, we'll catch you up to speed with what Clinton said about Trump. In case you missed it, she actually accused Trump of wanting to "kill his opposition."

Clinton made the remark during an appearance that she made, last week, on Marc Elias' Democracy Docket podcast.

"Trump [wants to] kill his opposition"

It appears that Clinton, this election cycle, is going in for a new version of the Trump-Russia Collusion Hoax.

As you probably remember, Clinton played a large role in the Trump-Russia Collusion Hoax, a hoax that was used against Trump during his 2016 campaign and during his time as president.

By now, this hoax has been completely discredited, which is probably why Clinton is moving on to a new one. And, the new one is trying to convince voters that Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are one and the same.

"Trump was like, you know, just gaga over Putin because Putin does what he would like to do — kill his opposition, imprison his opposition, drive, you know, journalists and others into exile, rule without any check or balance — that’s what trump really wants," Clinton said.

She added, "So we have to be very conscious of how he sees the world, because in that world he only sees strong men leaders. He sees Putin, he sees XI, Kim Jong-un in North Korea. Those are the people he’s modeling himself after. And we’ve been down this road in our world history. We sure don’t want to go down that again."

Really?!

Fox News recently went after Clinton for this statement. Kayleigh McEnany - the former Trump administration Press Secretary - said that Clinton is "toxic" and accused her of having stolen this narrative from MSNBC.

"It is so toxic, it is so destructive, that language. And, I wonder what Hillary Clinton does all day, because I’ve got to believe maybe she just sits around and watches MSNBC. Because Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough, had a similar comment four weeks ago, maybe six weeks ago," McEnany said.

Fox's Will Cain, on the other hand, called Clinton's remark "insane," and said that she is accusing "others of the sins" that she and the Democrats are guilty of committing.

Cain said, "The Democratic party has undercut checks and balances, not President Trump. The Democratic Party has said pack the court. The Democratic Party has threatened the Supreme Court of the United States. The Democratic Party uses the executive branch to enforce or not enforce laws passed by Congress when it comes to, you know, for example, the border."

Cain also highlighted the saddest part about Clinton's remarks, which is that "people genuinely believe this stuff."

" A free people [claim] their rights, as derived from the laws of nature."
