KJP's statement on cocaine found in White House not accurate: Report
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has been under the gun for the past week from reporters who want to know more about the cocaine found in the White House.
According to Fox News, KJP has on several occasions insisted that the Biden family wasn't at the White House in the days leading up to or at the time of the discovery, but a Fox News press pool report seemingly contradicts that statement.
The report comes in the wake of the White House facing intense pressure from all sides of the media.
Throughout the past week, as she was peppered with questions about the cocaine scandal in Biden's White House, KJP has appeared visibly angry and frustrated.
KJP lying?
On Friday, during a White House press briefing, one reporter asked KJP point blank if the cocaine belonged to a member of the Biden family, given the location of its discovery.
KJP admonished the reporter for asking what any reasonably person would consider a fair question, especially given the backdrop of Hunter Biden's longtime drug addiction.
"They were not here Friday. They were not here Saturday. They were not here Sunday. They were not even here Monday. They came back on Tuesday. So to ask that question is actually incredibly irresponsible. And I'll just leave it there," KJP responded.
KJP says that "irresponsible reporting" is alleging that the cocaine found in the White House might have belonged to the Biden family.

However, Fox News pointed out that her statement was not accurate, according to the record.
"According to the Friday, June 30 pool report, Biden gave remarks in the Roosevelt Room that afternoon, and didn't depart the White House for Camp David until 6:34 p.m., along with First Lady Jill Biden, Hunter Biden, and Hunter's son Beau Biden," Fox News noted.
Social media reaction
Given the gravity of the situation, social media users unsurprisingly blasted KJP and the Biden administration for the lack of transparency regarding how the drugs made it into the White House and who the culprit might be.
"They don't even care anymore that their lies are so bad they can be exposed within minutes. They know 95% of that press corps will write or repeat anything they want them to say," one Twitter user wrote.
Another Twitter user wrote, "Their story has changed so many times, they don't know which lie to go with."
Only time will tell if the American people get the answers they deserve, but don't count on it with this administration.
