President Joe Biden's debate performance stirred up calls from all over for the 81-year-old president to drop out of the race and step down from his position.

According to Breitbart, some, like Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy, believe Vice President Kamala Harris should speak with Biden's cabinet about using the 25th Amendment to push him out of office.

The idea would be for Harris to utilize the 25th Amendment to declare Biden as unfit for office.

While it has typically been Republicans calling for Biden's ouster via the 25th, the debate performance was so eye-opening that it's not crazy to think some Democrats are considering the idea, even if they won't come out and say it right now.

What did he say?

The Texas lawmaker got straight to the point in his demand for the vice president.

"Calling on Vice President Kamala D. Harris to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the executive departments of the Cabinet to activate section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare President Joseph R. Biden incapable of executing the duties of his office and to immediately exercise powers as Acting President," Roy wrote.

Roy wrote that Biden "repeatedly and publicly demonstrated his inability to discharge the powers and duties of the Presidency, including, among others, the powers and duties of the Commander-in-Chief."

The Texas lawmaker held nothing back during an interview with Glen Beck regarding the debate, explaining that Democrats have used Biden as a puppet, and that the gig is now over.

"Now they saw that the gig was up, that Trump could win. They were hoping they could keep the Manchurian candidate in place. They panicked," he said, noting that they forced Biden to debate, and "Now they have what they need to try to push him aside” in order to put someone else in his place."

Social media reacts

On the surface, it would seem that calling on Biden to be removed via the 25th would be a good thing, right? Well, it would be if Vice Presiden Harris wasn't his successor.

Social media users were quick to point that out to Roy.

"Why would we do that, when we can take Biden out in November? We don’t want Kamala, she’s even worse!" one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "Way to play into the Democrats’ hands. Are you working with the Democrats?"
