House Republicans have spent months investigating allegations of wrongdoing against President Joe Biden and members of his family.

That investigation recently concluded with a report charging that Biden abused his office for personal gain.

"Complicated financial transactions" used to hide foreign money

According to Fox News, the 292-page document was prepared by members of the House Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means Committees.

It asserts that there is "overwhelming evidence" to suggest Biden conspired "to monetize his office of public trust to enrich his family."

Specifically, the report contends that Biden family members and associates took in tens of millions of dollars from foreign interests after "leading those interests to believe that such payments would provide them access to and influence with President Biden."

These funds are said to have been "transmitted to the Biden family through complicated financial transactions" that "laundered funds through intermediate entities" which "broke up large transactions into numerous smaller transactions."

The report cites "several witnesses" who "testified that Hunter Biden invoked his father in business dealings with Romanian, Chinese, Kazakhstani, and Ukrainian companies, resulting in millions of dollars flowing to the Biden family."

Report: Biden helped son offer "favorable outcomes" to foreign interests

It also maintains that during tenure as vice president, Joe Biden "actively participated" in this conspiracy by helping his son offer "favorable outcomes in foreign business dealings and legal proceedings" for foreign associates.

This included "attending dinners with his family’s foreign business partners and speaking to them by phone, often when being placed on speakerphone by Hunter Biden."

"Based on the totality of evidence, it is inconceivable that President Biden did not understand that he was taking part in an effort to enrich his family by abusing his office of public trust," the report states.

"President Biden’s participation in this conspiracy to enrich his family constitutes impeachable conduct," the report declares.

"By monetizing the Vice Presidency for his family’s benefit, he abused his office of public trust, placing the welfare of his family ahead of the welfare of the United States," it insists.

Meanwhile, the House Oversight Committee provided a link to the full report on its X account, something it called "the strongest case for impeachment of a sitting president the House of Representatives has ever investigated."
