The U.S. Secret Service has generated far too many headlines over the past year, and the hits keep on coming.

According to the Daily Mail, a Secret Service agent was just fired after it was revealed that he took his ex-girlfriend to a beach house owned by former President Barack Obama for adult activities.

The woman who he took to the Obama-owned Hawaiian estate, Koryeah Dwanyen, recently published a book regarding her relationship with the agent, who she referred to as "Dale."

The alleged sexual encounter at the Obama beach house reportedly took place in 2022 after the former agent sent her a picture of the home and "dared" her to come with him.

What's going on?

In her book, she detailed that particular encounter, saying the unnamed agent said, "No one will know. If anything, I'm the one who could get in trouble."

"We should have sex in Michelle [Obama]'s bathroom, like a mile-high club," the author said the agent told her before actually following through with the suggestion.

The bombshell revelations in the book ultimately led to the agent being fired by the agency.

"On Nov. 6, 2022, a Secret Service agent involved in protective functions brought an individual who did not have authorized access into a protectee's residence without permission," Chief of Communications Anthony Guglielmi told the media.

It added, "As soon as the Secret Service became aware of the incident, the agent involved was immediately suspended and after a full investigation, terminated."

"Unacceptable violation"

"Although the protectees were not present at the time of the incident, these actions were an unacceptable violation of our protocols, our protectees' trust and everything we stand for," the agency's communication chief added.

"Dale" was also reportedly a serial liar, and he reportedly liked to talk business when he wasn't supposed to, making various comments to the woman about high-profile figures.

The Secret Service has faced multiple controversies in recent months, including the near-assassination of President Trump over the summer.

Hopefully, when Trump appoints a new director, the agency will be able to straighten itself out.
