Trump humiliates VP Harris by working a PA McDonald's drive-through

Former President Donald Trump made one of the most brilliant political moves in modern history that made Vice President Kamala Harris look even worse than she is.

Earlier this week, in a direct -- and amazing -- response to Harris' unverified claims that she worked at McDonald's in her younger years, Trump strapped on an apron and actually went to work at McDonald's for a few hours.

According to The Washington Free Beacon, Trump traded his suit jacket for an apron and worked the fry station at a Bucks County, Pa., McDonald’s on Sunday afternoon.

The optics of the stunt have already paid dividends, as it not only made Harris look bad, but the fact that he would take the time to do that has also resonated with working-class Americans.

What happened?

As Trump was slinging french fries at the Feasterville-Trevose McDonald’s franchise in the Keystone State, he made the most of the opportunity, taking an immediate shot at Harris' apparently false claim that she ever worked under the Golden Arches.

"Now I have worked at McDonald’s. I’ve now worked for 15 minutes more than Kamala, she never worked here," Trump said at the drive-through, as hundreds, if not thousands, of people gathered in the area.

The Free Beacon noted:

He was referring to Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris's claim to have worked at the fast-food chain for a summer during college. While her campaign originally said she worked there "to pay her way through college," Harris was forced to dial back that claim and has since said she worked the job for extra cash.

After The Free Beacon and other outlets called Harris' McDonald's claims into question, notably, she has stopped mentioning the gig on the campaign trail, and her campaign has been silent about it ever since.

Trump told the outlet that he appreciated the experience.

"Well I do appreciate [McDonald’s’] a little bit more, yeah. You take it for granted, I’ll never forget this experience," Trump told the Free Beacon. "Now I know how to do it."

Social media reacts

Trump's supporters across social media were ecstatic with his time working the Mickey D's drive-through.

"President Trump has the best sense of humor. This trolling was next level and so dang funny while at the same time connected with everyday people in an iconic American way— lovin it!" one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote that it was nothing less than a "genius chess move."

"Amplifies her lie and makes him look like a normal person. Pure genius chess move."
