Vice President J.D. Vance was interrupted on what would have otherwise been a wholesome, much-needed family vacation by pro-Ukrainian protesters last week.

According to Breitbart, as Vance and his beautiful family traveled to Vermont for a relaxing ski resort getaway, hundreds of pro-Ukraine protesters lined the streets, hurling insults including calling Vance a "Nazi."

News outlets reported that protesters line the streets to the resort for at least a mile, with many of them holding signs that contained phrases like "go ski in Russia."

The protesters, obviously stricken with Trump Derangement Syndrome, were apparently mad at Vance for how the meeting between him, President Donald Trump, and Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelsnsky went on Friday.

What's going on?

Vance's family was forced to move to a secure location after protesters overshadowed his trip to the Sugarbush Ski Resort in Vermont.

One of the local skiers at the resort told Fox News Digital that the protesters were "f***ing morons."

The protesters were reportedly furious at how Vance and Trump handled the meeting with Zelenskyy, who was ultimately show the door of the Oval Office afer disrespecting the United States.

Breitbart noted:

The protest at the ski resort comes a day after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was kicked out of the White House after making several disrespectful remarks during a meeting with President Donald Trump, Secretary Marco Rubio, and Vance in the Oval Office.

Vance was right there with Trump, calling out Zelenskyy as he spoke and had a temper tantrum. The vice president told Zelenskyy he was being "disrespectful" during the meeting.

Social media reacts

Users across social media cheered Vance's interactions with the Ukrianian president, and torched the protesters who interrupted his family vacation.

"Note: these are the same people that voted for an openly socialist Senator," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "100% certain all of these people are either teachers, trans activists, federal employees or HOA representatives."

At the end of the day, as the protesters hopefully realized, all it amounted to was time wasted.
