White House makes stunning admission about Biden's health

White House aides just admitted that President Joe Biden, behind the scenes, is showing clear signs of seriously declining health.

This is according to a new report from Axios.

The report was published after Biden's poor performance in the first presidential debate. It was such a poor performance that big players in the Democratic Party are currently making a serious push to have Biden replaced on the Democratic Party's presidential ticket.

This effort, however, is being opposed by Biden, the First Lady, the White House, former President Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, and others.

The explanation game

If Biden is going to remain the Democrats' presidential nominee, then there has to be a really good explanation for why Biden performed so poorly during the debate.

This appears to be the overall purpose of Axios' report. But, the attempt to explain away the debate performance has backfired because, in the process of doing so, the White House has made some damning admissions.

For example, Axios reports:

Internally, many aides have seen flashes of an absent-minded Biden, but typically brush them off as ordinary brain farts because they usually see him engaged, eight current and former Biden officials told Axios.

But, that's not all. Stunningly, the aides went on to admit that Biden only works - as the president of the United States - for about six hours per day.

Axios writes:

The time of day is important as to which of the two Bidens will appear. From 10am to 4pm, Biden is dependably engaged — and many of his public events in front of cameras are held within those hours. Outside of that time range or while traveling abroad, Biden is more likely to have verbal miscues and become fatigued, aides told Axios.

Really??

As stated earlier, this report was clearly meant to help Biden after his poor debate performance by explaining it away. But, all it really has done is make the situation worse.

Now, Americans know that we have a president who, at best, is only capable of functioning for six hours a day.

If true, then this raises some serious questions about Biden's fitness for office.

For example, what if a presidential decision has to be made during the other 18 hours of the day - what then? Does that mean the Biden making that decision will be the same Biden who showed up at the debate the other night?

The question of Biden's mental fitness is a big one, and Axios' report, citing White House aides, is no help to Biden.
