Joe Rogan, the well-known podcaster, and one of his guests recently claimed that First Lady Jill Biden is "pure evil."

They did so, according to the Washington Examiner, during Thursday's broadcast of The Joe Rogan Experience. 

There, Rogan did a show with Jimmy Dore, the political commentator and comedian.

Their discussion, among other things, revolved around Jill Biden's role in her husband Joe Biden's presidency and bid for reelection.

Who's running the White House anyway?

This question question has been asked countless times since Biden took office, given his mental and physical condition. Rogan and Dore considered the question again, in light of recent events.

Rogan, on Thursday, began:

It's very clear watching Joe Biden talk, very clear, that he's not making all his decisions. We've seen the cue cards that he has. They tell him what to say. We see him read teleprompters and say "end of quote." We know there's no f****** way he's the man behind the machine.

So, the big question is, if Biden is not running the country, then who is?

There, of course, have been a lot of rumors. Perhaps, the most widely believed of these rumors is that it is former President Barack Obama who is actually calling the shots.

But, more recently, another name has emerged: Jill Biden.

Jill Biden's question for power

There is a claim going around that it is Jill Biden who forced her husband - despite his mental and physical condition - to run for the presidency in 2020 and that it is Jill Biden who is forcing her husband to seek reelection. Why? Because she likes the power that comes with the job.

Rogan and Dore clearly believe that there is some truth to this idea.

Rogan, on Thursday, said:

His wife, apparently, by all takes, and she did an interview afterwards where she said he's smarter than he's ever been - She doesn't want him to stop. Do you just think it's just like a power thing? She's in power. She doesn't want to not be the first lady anymore?

It was at this point that Dore suggested that what Jill Biden is doing is "pure evil." He said, "How could you not have compassion for you're own frickin' husband. He should have had his keys taken away years ago, and here she is. ... 'You did a good job! You answered all the questions!' That's how you talk to a 3-year-old."

Rogan agreed, saying, "If my wife talked to me like that, I would just start laughing. Oh, she's f****** with me. I wouldn't just be standing there like, 'Yes, I did.'"
