Conservatives across America have been pointing out that Kamala Brown got her start in national politics by having an affair with the married Mayor of San Francisco, Willie Brown.

Kamala Harris' affair with Willie Brown led to him appointing her to various positions in which she could grow politically. Willie Brown himself has even said that he's the one who "made" Kamala Harris' career.

As a result of this information coming to the light, liberals have had the most perfectly liberal reaction they could come up with:

At least one prominent liberal, "The View" host Ana Navarro, thought that the most appropriate reaction to the criticism of Kamala Harris was to post a nude photograph of Melania Trump on Instagram.

I think the argument that Ana Navarro is trying to make is that Melania Trump used her female sexuality to advance her career in the same way Kamala did, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Melania's history

I'm not saying that Melania Trump is the most righteous person on earth. After all, she probably wouldn't be with Donald Trump if he didn't have piles of cash lying around.

However, comparing Melania having a few nude photos taken of her when she was younger is not exactly the same thing as Kamala Harris advancing her political career by having an affair with the married Mayor of San Francisco.

Any "scandal" that liberals are trying to make out of Melania's nude photographs simply doesn't exist. The photos are simply a result of a personal choice that Melania made in her younger years. That photo probably didn't alter the course of American history like Willie Brown giving Kamala an unfair head start in the political world has.

Differences between Kamala's situation

Melania's photos were created for nobody in particular, that was simply the line of work Melania was in at the time.

If it weren't for Kamala Harris' relationship with Willie Brown, it's possible that nobody in America would have ever heard of her. Instead, she's parlayed Willie Brown kickstarting her career into a run for the most important political position in the world.

Melania Trump didn't become president because she had some nude photos taken. It's fair to say that Kamala Harris wouldn't be running for president right now had she never met up with Willie Brown.

If anything, Melania's photos are more comparable to Kamala Harris' relationship with Montel Williams.

Sure, it may have helped their public visibility, but Melania's photo didn't directly lead to the Democratic nomination for America's presidency.

Kamala's relationship with Montel ended up being nothing much other than an interesting footnote that sheds a little insight on how Kamala grew to be as famous as she is. Her relationship with Montel didn't result in her being placed in lofty political positions that she didn't deserve. Her relationship with Willie Brown sure did though.

Ana Navarro, shame on you for trying to shame Melania Trump. Navarro's argument didn't make her look righteous, it made her look like a petty high schooler trying to tear down another girl.
