Drone mystery deepens as Biden gives generic, non-answer about the situation

The New Jersey mystery drone situation has caused public outrage from both sides of the political aisle, especially given President Joe Biden's lack of transparency on the concerning issue.

According to the Daily Mail, the president didn't help his case much during his departure from the White House earlier this week. Reporters asked him about the drones, and Biden simply revealed that there's "nothing nefarious" about them.

Though the government has gone on record saying that they do not know what the drones are or what their origin or intent could be, Biden and other administration officials have parroted the phrase that they are not "dangerous."

There have been calls from many politicians and others for the U.S. government to shoot down the drones, but the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) recently said it didn't have the authority to do so, and needed "expanded" authority to take military action against them.

What did Biden say?

As Biden was departing the White House for a trip to Delaware with his grandson, Biden gave reporters non-answers on the mystery drone subject.

"Nothing nefarious apparently, but they're checking it all out," Biden said Tuesday evening, which revealed nothing helpful for the general public.

The president added, "Nothing nefarious apparently, but they're checking it all out."

President-elect Donald Trump and others have recently called out Biden and his administration over the drone situation, as the general public's growing concerns of safety and curiosity continue to rise as the government refuses to give answers.

"For some reason they don't want to comment. And I think they'd be better off saying. Our military knows, and our president knows... and for some reason [they] want to keep people in suspense," Trump said recently when he commented on the situation.

He added, "I can't imagine it's the enemy, because if it was the enemy they'd blast them down. Even if they were late. Something strange is going on. For some reason they don't want to tell the people, and they should, because the people are really..."

What's going on?

The drone mystery started about a month ago, when an increased number of sightings of what the public reported as "drones" were reported.

As weeks went on and news coverage thickened, the number of sightings increased dramatically, with seemingly no explanation from the government.

As a result, conspiracy theories regarding the drones are gaining steam, with some being considered by major influencers like Joe Rogan.

Only time will tell if the government ever decides to be honest and let the public know what in the world is going on?
