President Trump is threatening to "take over" Washington D.C. after another graphic act of violence on the city's streets.

Trump shared a shocking image of the 19-year-old victim covered in blood. He is none other than the former DOGE staffer who famously went by the name "Big Balls."

Two teens have been arrested, so far, in the cowardly ambush on Edward Coristine early Sunday morning.

The attack unfolded in Logan Circle, which is a lively neighborhood in the northwest of the city that is popular with young professionals.

Police say that Coristine was with his girlfriend when a group of teenagers approached and threatened to take their car. Coristine pushed his girlfriend inside the car for her safety and turned to face the mob.

His girlfriend called 911 from inside the car while the thugs beat him.

According to a police report, as many as 10 juveniles were seen assaulting Coristine outside his vehicle. They scattered as the cops approached.

Coristine was left with a broken nose, concussion and black eye, the New York Post reported. He was treated at the scene and later identified two Maryland teens, a 15-year-old male and 15-year-old female, who were taken into custody and charged with unarmed carjacking.

Straighten them out!

D.C. is under home rule, which allows the city to manage some of its affairs with oversight from Congress.  While overall crime is declining, the city has a significant problem with street violence involving juveniles.

Last month, street thugs having an altercation randomly killed a young Republican intern, who was caught in the crossfire.

Trump is calling for the laws in D.C. to be toughened up against violent "youths," and if the city does not act, he will straighten them out.

"The Law in D.C. must be changed to prosecute these “minors” as adults, and lock them up for a long time, starting at age 14. The most recent victim was beaten mercilessly by local thugs. Washington, D.C., must be safe, clean, and beautiful for all Americans and, importantly, for the World to see," Trump wrote on Truth Social.

"If this continues, I am going to exert my powers, and FEDERALIZE this City. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!" Trump concluded.

Elon Musk, who led DOGE before a dramatic falling out this summer with Trump, shared a screencap of Trump's post and expressed agreement.

"It is time to federalize DC," Musk wrote.

" A free people [claim] their rights, as derived from the laws of nature."
