President Joe Biden just admitted that he is still turning to former President Barack Obama for "advice." 

Biden made the admission, according to The List, during a recent interview with CNN's Erin Burnett.

There have been rumors, of course, that Biden is doing a lot more than taking "advice" from Obama. Many believe that Obama, one way or another, has essentially been running the Biden administration.

Regardless of your opinion on the subject, it appears very clear that Obama is playing a significant role in the Biden administration.

Biden confesses

During the CNN interview, Biden tried to share some of the advice that he has allegedly received from Obama.

The host, Burnett, prompted Biden to share this information by quoting Obama as saying that, with reference to the upcoming presidential election, "This is an all-hands-on-deck moment."

It's an all-hands-on-deck moment because Biden's reelection chances are looking bleak, to say the least. All the momentum would appear to be on former President Donald Trump's side. But, the polls still have Trump and Biden neck-in-neck.

Biden proceeded to reveal what Obama has allegedly told him, saying:

Keep doing what I'm doing and to make sure, what his advice is the same advice he sort of gave me when I was the vice president: "Look, you've gotta organize. Block and tackle."

It never is easy to understand what Biden is trying to say. But, apparently, that is what Obama has told him, verbatim.

Obama is pulling out all of the stops

If you have been reading the news regularly, then you likely have seen how Obama has been giving interviews, releasing statements, and even holding fundraisers for Biden.

The next big event with Biden and Obama is scheduled to take place this upcoming week.

Deadline reports:

Jimmy Kimmel will moderate a conversation with President Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama at a Hollywood-centric L.A. fundraiser for the 2024 re-election campaign . . . The event, to be held on June 15 in downtown Los Angeles, also will feature George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

This is the second fundraiser of its kind with Obama and Biden. The other one took place in new York City back in March, and it featured Biden, Obama, and former President Bill Clinton.

If this essentially has been Obama's third term, then it stands to reason that he probably wants a fourth. This could help to explain why it is that Obama has been working so hard to get Biden - or himself - reelected.
