It's not often that nearly thirty-year-old cold cases have new and breaking news to report, but that's exactly where America finds itself right now in regard to the killing of JonBenét Ramsey that has captured America's attention since Christmas Day 1996.

According to John Ramsey, the father of JonBenét Ramsey, Colorado police has already told him in secret that they are "just waiting for him to die."

John Ramsey recently came out and gave America a shocking peek behind the curtain when it comes to the investigation into who murdered his daughter on December 25 nearly 28 years ago.

In case you're unfamiliar with the case, JonBenét Ramsey was found beaten and strangled to death. When her body was found, there was still a garrote around her neck.

Controversy has shrouded the case for almost three decades, because JonBenét Ramsey was found in the basement of her family home.

As of now, it's still a complete mystery how anyone else got into the house without the family noticing in order to carry out such a heinous crime. As a result, John Ramsey was often looked at as a suspect.

He didn't let that discourage him, and has kept fighting for his pursuit of the truth for all of these years, and he thinks that Colorado police are simply getting sick of him.

Stop asking questions

John Ramsey thinks that there may have been opportunities in the past for police to collect crucial bits of evidence that they simply missed, so they probably don't appreciate somebody who they consider a suspect to be publicly poking holes in their investigation.

That's a problem that John's willing to let them deal with though, as he's NOT going to stop until he gets answers about what happened to his little girl.

According to John Ramsey, cops don't like his tenacity

"We heard, reliably, that one of the members of the police department — I don't know who — told a journalist, 'We're just waiting for John Ramsey to die,'" John Ramsey recently explained to Fox News.

"And the implication is: then pressure will be off, and all this will go away. It's just disgusting, but it's not out of character at all."

It seems as though police have hit a dead end, and they don't want any of their errors exposed so that they are blamed for never solving the crime.

The police might just want this case to go away, but it's not their daughter we're talking about. John Ramsey does NOT want this case to go away. He wants it SOLVED.
