Report: Terrorists are using weapons the Biden administration left in Afghanistan

The world was shocked when terrorists affiliated with Hamas invaded Israel from the Gaza Strip this past weekend, leaving mass carnage in their wake.

What's more, a bombshell report suggests that some of them may have been armed with weapons that the Biden administration abandoned in Afghanistan.

Terrorists in Palestine and Pakistan said to be using U.S. equipment

A Newsweek article published in June cited "a high-ranking Israel Defense Forces (IDF) commander" as saying American-made small arms that apparently originated in Afghanistan have been observed in the hands of Palestinian militants.

Meanwhile, Fox News reported last month that Pakistan's caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar claims some of the $7 billion worth of equipment the U.S. abandoned in neighboring Afghanistan is being used by terrorists in his country.

This includes the terror group Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which is now said to possess sophisticated night vision equipment along with U.S. firearms.

Concern that weapons sent to Ukraine will arm militants

What's more, the same IDF commander also expressed concern that some of the equipment being provided to Ukraine are also ending up in the hands of terrorists and hostile states.

"One is that they can research capabilities, and then learn how to manufacture them. I'm talking especially about Iran," the commander said of weapons such as the Javelin shoulder-fired anti-tank missile system.

"The other problem is that we are very worried that some of these capabilities are going to fall to Hezbollah and Hamas' hands," he continued.

"It's really challenging to build the picture, but we see the signs. We see the signs, and this is very, very troubling," the commander concluded.

White House slammed for providing Iran with $6 billion

Meanwhile, the Biden administration is also being slammed over its decision earlier this year to provide Iran with $6 billion as part of a hostage deal.

Among those complaining is Republican presidential candidate and former United Nations Ambassador Niki Haley, who recently pointed out that Iran is a major sponsor of Hamas.

"I mean, let's be honest with the American people and understand that Hamas knows and Iran knows– they're moving money around as we speak– because they know $6 billion is going to be released," Fox News quoted Haley as telling NBC host Kristen Welker on Sunday.
