The anti-Israel protests are spiraling out of control at numerous U.S. universities, and now at sitting Republican senators' homes.

According to Fox News, because of his strong support for Israel, Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz is the latest victim of 'screaming and cursing' anti-Israel protesters holding protests at his private residence.

In recent weeks, Fox reported that anti-Israel protesters have staged protests over a dozen times in front of the Texas senator's home in Houston.

One protester was arrested recently during one of the louder and more disturbing events outside of his home.

What's going on?

Outside groups are mostly influencing the anti-Israel protests at major universities and other places, such as the Students for Justice in Palestine group. The group was reportedly behind the protests at Cruz's home.

Despite being targeted by the protesters more than a dozen times, Cruz reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Israel in the wake of the Oct. 7 Hamas-led terrorist attack that resulted in mass casualties and death.

"Senator Cruz will continue to stand with Israel and support Israel's right to defend itself and utterly eradicate Hamas. No amount of harassment or intimidation by terrorist supporters will change that," his office said in a statement this week.

Cruz himself has documented the harassment happening in front of his home.

He also called out the protesters swarming college campuses across the country.

"These radical protesters don’t just hate Israel, they hate Jews. And they don’t just hate Jews, they also hate America. They are radical Marxists, and their support for Hamas is sick, demented, and evil," Cruz wrote on X this week.

Who's behind the protests?

Multiple groups and wealthy powers are behind the long list of anti-Israel protests happening around the country.

Fox News noted:

The protests are associated with groups tied to far-left organizations backed by dark money and liberal mega-donor George Soros, Fox News Digital previously reported. Namely, the National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP) has had a large presence amid the protests on Columbia University’s campus, as well as on the campuses of UCLA, Tufts and the University of Texas at Austin in Cruz’s home state.

Many of the protests taking place at universities have resulted in violence, destruction, and mass arrests by local law enforcement.

Only time will tell how much longer they will go on.
