Former President Donald Trump has often and repeatedly criticized President Joe Biden's lax enforcement of border security and immigration laws as allowing dangerous criminals into the country to wreak havoc and do their worst against innocent American citizens.

Trump has now been exonerated on those incessant warnings by way of confirmation from officials that thousands of convicted criminals, gang members, and even terrorists have been ushered into the country under Biden's watch, Breitbart reported.

Democrats and the liberal media who support Biden's policies have chosen to deliberately ignore the death and destruction wrought by those dangerous migrants, and in some cases have even appeared to laugh off the rapes and murders of innocent victims.

Trump was right to warn about criminals and gang members entering the country

On Thursday, U.S. Border Patrol Chief Jason Owens posted on X, "This FY, USBP has apprehended over 13.7K illegal migrants w/ criminal convictions. Over 360 of these have had gang affiliations."

"Individuals like these can pose a significant threat to public safety. We must be able to apprehend & identify them, so we can prosecute & remove them," he added along with pictures of tattooed gang members who'd been taken into custody.

Alarming statistics reveal damage done by Biden's policies

One day later, the Republican National Committee issued a news release about how "killers" were being allowed to enter the country under President Biden's lax enforcement policies and how those same policies have resulted in "innocent Americans being raped and slaughtered" by illegal migrants while Biden refuses to secure the nation's border.

The RNC's news release was full of sobering statistics that laid bare the failures of President Biden and his administration to keep American citizens safe from harm.

That includes processing and releasing into the nation's interior thousands of illegal migrants with prior criminal convictions, hundreds with known gang affiliations, and hundreds more who are on the government's terrorist watchlist.

Some of those illegal migrants who should have been barred from entry or swiftly deported have since gone on to rape, murder, or otherwise victimize dozens, if not hundreds or even thousands, of innocent citizens.

The release also highlighted the alarming amounts of deadly illicit drugs, such as fentanyl, and other contraband that has poured into the country within the past few years under Biden along with an estimated more than 10 million illegal migrants, which counts those who were detained, processed, and released as well as the "gotaways" who evaded capture after illegally crossing the border.

Sadly, while former President Trump and Republicans are sounding the alarm about the dangerous and deadly repercussions of President Biden's policies, Democrats and their media allies are looking the other way or even dismissing the death and destruction that has occurred.

The New York Post reported on Friday how progressive leftist Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) appeared to laugh during an MSNBC appearance when she was shown a Fox News chyron about a 13-year-old girl who'd been kidnapped and raped by an adult illegal migrant who'd been released into the country under Biden's policies.

The congresswoman lamented the "fear-mongering" of right-leaning media outlets, as if the crimes committed by illegal migrants were isolated incidents blown out of proportion or even untrue, and her callous reaction was indicative of how so many on the left seem willing to allow for the victimization of innocent Americans if it advances their open borders and unlimited immigration agenda.
