Careful observers of President Biden have noticed that his appearance has changed dramatically over the years.
A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon has now given his own analysis of Biden's shape-shifting face lifts.
In an Instagram video, Dr. Gary Motykie walked through some of the signs of Biden's extensive surgery.
Biden's surgery isn't "necessarily recent," the doctor noted, adding that it also appears rather crude - leaving clear traces of the surgeon's knife on Biden's 80-year-old mug.
For instance, Biden's hair was thinning out decades ago, but his head is fuller now - although with an "unnatural" hair line, suggesting an "older technique" was used.
“We can see that even 30 to 40 years ago, his hair was thinning quite dramatically,” Motykie said.
Motykie also noted the "feminine" and artificial appearance of Biden's brow lines, the disappearance of once-prominent bags under Biden's eyes, and a change in Biden's eye shape.
"He has that same look to the upper brow and upper eyes where there’s an unnatural appearance to the lines. If we look at his brow lines on the side normally they would come like this and come down slightly but on him we see they’re turned up and going this way," he said.

Biden's "pixie ears" and the "pull on the side of his face" are tokens of a face lift, the doctor added, saying Biden has likely had "touch-ups with Botox and fillers" here and there.
The doctor concluded, "Overall, I think he's had a significant amount of plastic surgery."
He told Jam Press that Biden probably spent at least $100,00 in today's dollars on his transformation.
“I would estimate that Joe Biden would’ve spent up to $100,000 in today’s dollars on plastic surgery if he were to have undergone these procedures here in Beverly Hills,” he said.
It's "ultimately up to President Biden to decide if he’s satisfied with the results of his procedure," he said.
Now, where did Biden - who always bragged about being the "poorest" member of Congress - get the money for all of this expensive work?
Maybe someone in the media ought to ask "The Big Guy" - or was it Robin Ware?
Will the real Joe Biden please stand up?
